iDEAL Status Add-on

Combidesk presents a handy app with which your customers can see if there are any banks whose iDEAL payment service provider is malfunctioning. This way we are acting on recent iDEAL issues and helping you make your webshop more customer friendly.

What does the app do?

The app show the real-time availability of iDEAL at the different banks during the checkout process. Your customers will immediately be able to see whith which banks they can pay via iDEAL. This way you offer an extra customer service element and in the case of an iDEAL malfunction choose a different payment method.
